Shiozaki emphasized the LDP's historical tendency to suffer major losses after large wins, urging all members to recognize the current period as "the most dangerous time."
"The LDP has a habit of suffering big losses after big wins," Shiozaki stated in the dialogue. "Everyone must keep in mind that now is the most dangerous time, when arrogance as a single ruling party emerges."
