The Habitat LA project, situated at 3401 S. La Cienega Boulevard, replaces a former storage facility with a 12-story residential building and a six-story, 253,000-square-foot office building. Developed by Lendlease and Aware Super, the complex also includes 2,900 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and approximately one acre of public open space. This development is designed to offer an integrated urban living and working environment.
