That's the story unfolding this week at Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada — where final-year degree students just wrapped up the Mahindra Pride–Naandi Foundation Placement Training Programme.
And it's not the usual "sit in a hall and listen to a lecture" kind of training.

Out of 550, 26 students stood out enough to be named Star Performers — handed mementos and prizes at the valedictory.
The rest? Certificates of participation and, more importantly, a noticeable shift in confidence.

The Mahindra Pride Classroom initiative — powered by Naandi Foundation — has already trained nearly 9 lakh young Indians in employability skills since launch.
