Some questions in the seized papers were identical to the actual TET 2026 paper.
A criminal case is filed. The exam — scheduled at 1,028 centres across Maharashtra — is postponed less than 24 hours before showtime.
Working teachers. Fresh graduates. People who took leave, booked trains, paid for hotels.

The CBI has already arrested multiple people across Maharashtra in that probe. CBSE had its own fiasco. Now TET joins the list.
The opposition pounces instantly.
The satirical Cockroach Janta Party — already camped at Jantar Mantar demanding the Education Minister's resignation — fires off the line that's now trending:
"Is there any public exam left in this country that doesn't end in a paper leak?"
The Examination Council says it had extra security this time. Because of NEET.
And the paper still walked out.

The leak didn't happen despite the lessons from NEET — it happened with those lessons fresh on the table.
