Plans to link further with Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Europe.

That's literally the vision's name.

Non-fossil capacity has already jumped from 81 GW to 291 GW in a decade.
The net-zero target for 2070 is still on the table.
But 300 GW next year isn't a forecast anymore.
