  • 🎯 The CubeSat drifts within 4 kilometres of a suspicious satellite

  • 👂 A neutron detector quietly picks up that signature

  • 📅 After about one week of watching, it knows

No pinging. No interference.

Just cosmic physics doing the snitching.


⚡ Why now?

This isn't happening in a vacuum. Pun intended.

The US has publicly alleged Russia is developing a space-based nuclear anti-satellite capability.

Moscow denies it.

But the fear is real: a single nuclear blast in orbit wouldn't hit a city.

It would fry the sky.

Think fried GPS. Dead weather satellites. Broken communications.

Thousands of satellites, gone in one flash — taking modern banking, navigation and internet infrastructure down with them.


🌊 The bigger point

This CubeSat isn't a weapon.

It's a witness.

Scientists are clear: it's still theoretical, still needs real space testing.

But the idea itself is the shift.

For decades, space treaties relied on good faith.
