The investment was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Salesforce Ventures, with continued participation from existing investors Bain Capital Ventures and Y Combinator. This latest capital infusion brings Mintlify's total funding to over $66 million, significantly bolstering its mission to enhance developer content experiences.

The company's latest funding round comes as it expands its reach, now powering documentation for more than 20,000 companies and reaching over 100 million developers annually. Mintlify's platform provides critical tools for developer-facing teams, including guides, API references, SDK libraries, and knowledge bases, all designed to streamline the creation and management of technical content. The announcement follows a previous $18 million Series A round in September 2024, also led by Andreessen Horowitz.
